Som Tam – Thai Papaya Salad
Ingredients for 2 servings:
1-1/2 cups of shredded green papaya
2 or 3 tbsp. of roasted, chopped peanuts
2 or 3 cloves of fresh, peeled garlic
1-2 fresh red chili
1/2 tbsp. palm sugar
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 sliced tomato or 7 cherry tomatoes
1-1/2 tsp of fresh squeezed lime juice
1 tbsp. of dried shrimp
1 tbsp of fish sauce
1/2 cup green beans (optional)
