My name is Kae and I was born in Thailand. I was trained as a chef at a prestigious hotel in Bangkok. After that, I owned and sold several seafood restaurants in Thailand. In 2012, I came to the USA and opened a Thai catering business in Shelburne, VT, which led to leasing a restaurant in Milton, VT. After leasing, we decided it would be better to find and own property. In 2018, I found the perfect location in the Champlain Islands town of South Hero. We love the local people and visitors alike so please stop in and enjoy lunch or dinner at Victoria's Cafe!
